Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please retain your proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• Used items
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at nest-and-nook.com  with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if your item arrives damaged.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
